About The Role & Team

We are seeking a high-energy Mid-Market/SMB Account Executive with a proven track record of nurturing leads and exceeding quota at a high-growth software organization. Our strongest performing lead generator has historically been referrals from happy customers. We now feel there is a huge opportunity for growth if we develop an entire sales team on top of our organic acquisition.

As an Account Executive, you will…

  • Build a pipeline by actively prospecting and engaging with leads throughout the sales cycle, both sourced directly by you and other Sales team members
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up via standard communication channels including chat, email, and frequently on the phone. You will have the freedom to be creative and experiment to enhance the way we communicate with prospects. 
  • Demonstrate knowledge of our products and solutions to our future customers
  • Discuss business value, ROI, and benefits of using our best-in-class Sales automation tool
  • Keep your book of business up-to-date in our CRM, as well as accurately forecast revenue outcomes on a monthly basis (due to short sales cycles for the SMB/MM segments)
  • Negotiate pricing of additional service packages with customers 
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Provide detailed information to the Customer Success team regarding our customers’ goals and objectives to ensure a great customer experience during the onboarding phase
  • Shape up the future of our sales organization together with the COO and the rest of your team members

This is your next job if…

  • Have 1+ years experience in nurturing leads and closing deals either as an SDR or AE
  • Have previous experience selling software
  • Are comfortable working with multiple personas in different sales and executive functions, our product can be used by a diverse number of industries and categories
  • Are driven, self-starter type with strong leadership and business acumen
  • Have technical affinity and love all things software
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English plus another European language
  • Come ready with exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Have experience working in a CRM is highly desirable
  • Thrive in start-up and collaborative environment
